Shelto is a platform for route planning, navigation, and discovering places for cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts:

Use of the services requires a minimum age of 16 years. Persons under 16 may only use the services with explicit consent from a parent or guardian.
During registration, you must provide truthful information. Each user may only maintain one account. Login credentials must be kept confidential.
The basic version is free to use with limited functionality.
Current prices are displayed before completing a subscription in the respective App Store.
Payment processing is handled exclusively through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). The respective payment terms of each store apply.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the respective period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Stansday UG, Oberer Kolberg 12, 34212 Melsungen, Germany, Email: support@shelto.de) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days.
Note: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance after you expressly agreed and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute this content within our services.
We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Some geodata comes from OpenStreetMap (OSM) and is subject to the Open Database License (ODbL).
Weather data and warnings are based on open data from Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD, licensed CC BY 4.0) and the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS). Contains modified Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service information; neither the European Commission nor ECMWF is responsible for any use of this information. Displayed warnings are processed by us and do not constitute official DWD publications.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of geodata and weather data.
Important notices:
We are fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
Liability for lost profits, indirect damages, and data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
